Starting in 1995, women’s fashion was launched in all its dimensions: from the most urban lines to the more casual. Massimo Dutti has consolidated at all levels as a group with national and international growth and has reached over today. Since September 2006, Massimo Dutti has been fully designing and marketing the following lines: Women: Womenswear, Accessories, Fragrances for Men: Menswear, Accessories, Personal Tailoring, Fragrances. ### Purpose You are a brand ambassador. You attend to customer needs, collaborate with colleagues, and support the achievement of store goals. Profile - Passion for fashion and trends. - Friendly and empathetic personality to offer a good customer experience. - Positive and optimistic attitude. - Good communication skills. - Ability to work in a team. - Proactivity and dynamism. - Professional ambition and career projection within the brand. - Represents the brand image. ### Responsibilities - Stays updated on product news at customer interaction points: checkout, fitting room, merchandise delivery. - Knows and correctly executes store operations. - Familiar with the store layout and sections. - Knows all store devices (checkout, POD, PDA, etc.) and handles applications (ITX Stock, 25, etc.). - Ensures the store’s image is maintained. - Knows the location of all products. - Provides a good customer experience by attending to their needs. Ensures the implementation of the Experience project. - Ensures proper and quick restocking. - Supports merchandise reception if necessary. - Collaborates to achieve the store’s sales goals. - Communicates effectively, openly, and transparently with colleagues and supervisors. - Helps control shrinkage. - Complies with occupational risk prevention and health and safety regulations at work. ### Requirements - 1 year of experience in fashion retail. - Deliver a high level of customer service - Support the cash desk and delivery teams - Understand the latest fashion trends - Replenish the shop floor - Adhere to all the health & safety and security procedures ### Support other store functions when needed Hourly Rate - $25.00 *Massimo Dutti USA, Inc., in good faith, believes that this posted rate of compensation is the accurate range for this role at this location at the time of this posting.
