This can be the next step in your journey. Where it takes you, that’s in your hands. What you’ll do
- Lead and develop the operations team, setting clear priorities and ways of working
- Oversee stockroom organisation and product flow to ensure efficient replenishment
- Manage deliveries, stock processing and replenishment across the store
- Monitor stock accuracy, inventory processes and compliance with company standards
- Use data and reporting to improve efficiency and reduce stock loss
- Plan and manage team rostering aligned with trading needs
- Work closely with Store Management to support overall store performance What we’re looking for
- Experience leading a team within stockroom, operations or inventory-focused retail roles
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence managing processes, systems and operational standards
- Ability to analyse data and make decisions that improve performance
- A hands-on, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
- Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Availability to work a full-time roster (38 hours per week), including weekdays, weekends, late nights and public holidays
