## Job description

Leading here means being close. Reading what’s happening, making decisions, keeping up with the rhythm. Your role is to make everything move forward – the team, the product, the experience – without losing sight of what matters most: people. Every day is different. Every decision matters. As the second in command of the store, together with the General Manager, you represent one of the key leadership figures in the store.

You help lead the team to achieve store objectives while respecting the company’s management standards:
- Help the General Manager lead, develop, and supervise the team to achieve objectives
- Oversee the organization and planning of people and processes
- Supervise stock management and the flow of merchandise
- Oversee product presentation across all sections of the store
- Supervise the operation of in-store devices
- Monitor business analyses and the execution of action plans
- Communicate and provide ongoing feedback to senior management
- Uphold customer service standards in the store
- Ensure that incidents are resolved in a timely manner
- Lead compliance with workplace risk prevention regulations, as well as occupational health and safety standards Here, management is not only operational. It’s commercial, it’s visual, it’s human. And it shows – in the atmosphere.

In the results and the desire to come back every day. You’ll find the space and the team to keep growing with your own vision.

We offer a place where learning is part of the everyday, and where there’s room to contribute, make mistakes, and evolve. This can be the beginning of your story with us. ITX Canada Ltd. provides equal access to employment and will offer reasonable accommodations upon request, for job applicants with disabilities during its recruitment process.
