- Keep the customer at the center of training, reinforcing the standards and behaviors that create a strong customer experience and drive sales.
- Strengthen planning, prioritization, time management, and organizational capability to support effective store leadership.

### Campus Leadership & Training Excellence
- Lead the Campus team and ensure a consistent, engaging, and high-quality learning experience across programs.
- Adapt training and coaching approaches to different learning styles, experience levels, and development needs.
- Ensure training plans are well organized, effectively executed, and connected to the evolving needs of the business.
- Partner with key stakeholders to evaluate training effectiveness, identify capability gaps, and continuously improve programs and content.
- Champion compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and operational standards throughout all training experiences.

### Profile & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of retail management experience, ideally as a Store Director, General Manager, Regional Manager, or in a comparable multi-unit leadership role.
- Strong understanding of retail priorities and the connection between Product, Process, and People.
- Demonstrated ability to translate company vision and strategy into practical store leadership behaviors and execution.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to understand store performance and coach leaders on the actions that drive results.
- Proven experience designing, organizing, and delivering effective training and development plans.
- Strong leadership, facilitation, coaching, and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Ability to lead and develop a Campus team while creating a high-performance, feedback-driven learning culture.
- Strong knowledge of company tools, processes, standards, and ways of working.
- High learning agility and curiosity, with the ability to identify emerging capability needs and proactively evolve training solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Fluent English required; Spanish is a plus.
- Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally.

### What Success Looks Like
