We're Foster & Gamko part of the ITW Food Equipment Group — leaders in premium commercial refrigeration — and we're looking for a Sales Manager for the Middle East to take full ownership of the region and accelerate our growth across both brands. This is a hands‑on, entrepreneurial role where you’ll shape the market, grow our distributor network, win strategic projects, and represent Foster & Gamko across the Middle East region. ### What you’ll be doing - Own regional commercial performance across the Middle East for Foster and Gamko - Grow and support distributors, consultants and design offices - Identify and secure new business across retail refrigeration and key accounts - Manage projects end‑to‑end — from specification to quotation to delivery - Build strong customer relationships with distributors, consultants and end users - Maintain accurate pipelines and forecasts and provide market intelligence You’ll be a great fit if you have Proven B2B sales experience A track record of sales growth in the Middle East Experience managing distributors and key accounts - Strong negotiation and presentation skills - Strong analytical skills and able to quickly comprehend complex information and numerical data Fluency in English and Arabic nice to have Confidence using MS Office and CRM systems A growth‑driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the resilience to build opportunities from scratch - Demonstrated cultural agility and the ability to adapt your approach to effectively work with diverse cultures and stakeholders across the region Experience in food service, hospitality, or refrigeration equipment will be appreciated.
