This includes meeting/exceeding agreed customer service levels, call cycle accuracy and stock maintenance. ### Collaborate Drive customer satisfaction, meeting/exceeding agreed customer service levels through superior business practices, focused customer service and strong relationship building: Continuous Improvement: Maintain accurate call cycle compliance. With efficient and streamlined customer call cycle delivery, maximising the allocated in-store hours.
