## Job description

### Job Summary

The position of a Welder requires welding ovens and sub-assembly parts for ovens in Baxter's Manufacturing facility. Tig 25% and Mig 75%, of the time. Welding on stainless steel and mild steel. Material gauges are.020 and.250. Shifts are Monday – Thursday 5am – 330pm.

### Pay DOE

$21.98 - $26.10 Hourly

### Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Duties may include the use of, a tape measure, miscellaneous hand tools, a hand drill, a screw gun, and a crane.
- Must be able to work with other assembly and welding personnel in a team environment.
- Perform job tasks according to schedules, using established safe methods and processes.
- Work independently towards the goals of the team.
- Good mechanical aptitude a must.
- May be required to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to comprehend written and verbal instruction.

### Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED and must be 18 years or older. Good mechanical aptitude a must. Must be able to stand, squat, or kneel for the entirety of the shift. Good attendance and ability to work safely are necessary.
