These analyzers ensure the health and well-being of animals, simplify the workflow of veterinary technicians and enable the success of veterinary businesses of all sizes. Our team operates in a fast-paced, agile environment. We strive to develop technical solutions that bring science and engineering together generating new solutions for veterinary medicine. As an Instrument Technician, you perform repairs and preventive maintenance on medical equipment (instruments) for blood, urine, milk, and water testing. The IDEXX instruments are mechatronic devices that combine fine mechanics, electronics, and computer science. ### In this role You will troubleshoot to find the cause of a problem with an instrument You will perform repairs and replace parts on instruments You will perform testing and calibration of instruments You will also perform general maintenance on instruments What you need to succeed: Vocational education in technology or similar levels of working and thinking Experience in precision mechanical and/or electronics repair is a plus Detail-oriented and quality oriented Working accurately, independently, and result-oriented Good command of the English language What you can expect from us: 27 holidays / year Pension contributions % paid by IDEXX Commuter Benefits Complimentary daily lunch provided at the company On the job training and career advancement opportunities Additional benefits include but not limited to mental health resources, volunteer paid days off, bike plan, gym plan and much more!
