## Job description

At IDEXX, we help pet healthcare professionals make confident decisions through innovative diagnostic solutions and insights that support better patient outcomes. As a Veterinary Diagnostics Consultant, you'll play a key role in growing our presence across Thailand by building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and helping veterinary practices get the most from our diagnostic portfolio.

### What You'll Do

As a trusted partner to veterinary customers, you will: Drive sales growth by promoting IDEXX diagnostic products and services across your assigned territory. Develop new business opportunities while expanding relationships within existing accounts. Engage customers through in-person meetings, phone conversations, and virtual interactions to understand their needs and deliver value-driven solutions. Execute territory sales plans and consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.

Collaborate with internal teams and leverage multiple sales channels to maximize customer success and business outcomes. Analyze local market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for new or enhanced products and services. Maintain accurate sales reporting and support effective sales processes that improve productivity and performance. What You Bring Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Strong interest and confidence in both prospecting and account management activities. Excellent communication skills, including active listening, questioning, presentation, and written communication. Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to establish credibility and trust quickly. A customer-focused mindset with proven sales and influencing capabilities. Ability to understand and communicate technical information effectively.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Windows-based systems. Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory. Why IDEXX?
