## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责金融场景的智能体研发、大模型应用、人工智能模型研发、模型调优等工作,推动总分行AI场景落地；
- 负责金融场景的大数据分析、数据挖掘、数据建模等工作，为业务创新提供数据驱动能力；
- 开展人工智能领域的新技术研究，结合工行重点业务领域、行内业务痛点形成技术解决方案并推动落地；
- 负责智能模型的效果评估与迭代优化，保障模型在金融场景的准确性、稳定性与合规性；
- 配合业务部门完成数据需求对接，提供数据分析与技术支撑，推动数据成果转化。

### 任职要求
- 掌握人工智能理论基础，掌握主流的机器学习和深度学习算法，具备机器学习建模经验及工程化能力；
- 具备智能体研发、大模型应用、模型微调、RAG等相关实践经验，有金融场景AI项目落地经验者优先；
- 掌握数据分析与建模方法，具备良好的数据敏感度，能从海量数据中提炼业务洞察；
- 熟悉Python/Scala等开发语言，具备算法工程化落地能力，了解金融业务知识者优先；
- 具备良好的跨部门沟通能力，能将业务需求转化为技术方案，推动项目落地。
