Your role and responsibilities - Assist with daily Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) activities and basic transactions. - Help organize contracts, billing information, and other related documents. - Support the team in tracking tasks and meeting deadlines. - Coordinate with team members and other departments, such as Finance, Project Management, and Delivery. - Help prepare and update process documents and training materials. - Assist in gathering information and resolving basic transaction issues. - Help maintain accurate records and ensure documents follow company guidelines. - Support audit preparation and other team activities as needed. - Perform other tasks as assigned to support the team. Required technical and professional expertise - Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. - Ability to speak Korean. - Willingness to learn and adapt quickly. - Willing and able to work onsite. - Available for a 6-month internship. ### Preferred technical and professional experience No preferred qualifications specified IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
