### Your role and responsibilities

As a Project Manager: SAP HANA, you will lead SAP HANA implementation projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring successful implementation of SAP HANA solutions that meet business objectives. You will manage cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

### Manage SAP HANA Projects
- Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation, and budget management to ensure successful implementation of SAP HANA solutions.

### Lead Cross-Functional Teams
- Coordinate and lead teams, including SAP HANA consultants, IT, and business stakeholders, to deliver projects on time and within budget.

### Collaborate with Stakeholders
- Gather requirements, identify project scope, and define project deliverables to ensure SAP HANA solutions meet business objectives and customer needs.

### Ensure Quality Assurance
- Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deadlines, and ensure quality assurance and testing of SAP HANA solutions.

### Manage Vendor Relationships
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure successful project delivery. Required technical and professional expertise

### SAP HANA Implementation Experience
- Experience with managing large-scale SAP HANA implementation projects, ensuring successful implementation of SAP HANA solutions that meet business objectives.

### Project Management Methodologies
- Experience in applying project management methodologies to develop and execute project plans, resource allocation, and budget management.

### Cross-Functional Team Leadership
- Experience in leading and coordinating cross-functional teams, including SAP HANA consultants, IT, and business stakeholders, to deliver projects on time and within budget.

### SAP HANA Product Knowledge
- Strong understanding of SAP HANA products and their applications in business environments.

### Risk Management and Quality Assurance
- Experience in identifying and mitigating project risks, issues, and dependencies, and ensuring quality assurance and testing of SAP HANA solutions. Preferred technical and professional experience

### SAP HANA Cloud Experience
- Experience with SAP HANA cloud-based solutions, including deployment and integration with existing systems.

### Agile Project Management
- Experience in applying agile project management methodologies to SAP HANA implementation projects, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in project delivery.

### IT Service Management
- Experience in IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL, to ensure alignment of SAP HANA solutions with business objectives and customer needs. IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
