Our culture of growth and empathy focuses on your long-term career development while valuing your unique skills and experiences. ### Your role and responsibilities As a Package Consultant for SAP HANA FIN PS-Capital Accounting, you will guide business stakeholders through the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Finance and Project System capabilities. This role involves collaboration with stakeholders to deliver functional solutions that support capital accounting processes, with a focus on solution delivery and embedding governance and controls. Your primary responsibilities will include: ### Conducting Workshops - Leading Fit-to-Standard workshops to translate business requirements into functional solutions. ### Defining Process Flows - Configuring system functionality and defining process flows to manage capital projects and asset capitalization. ### Configuring System Functionality - Ensuring integration with related modules such as MM, CO, and Investment Management. ### Driving Testing - Driving testing, data migration, and user enablement while embedding governance and controls for audit readiness. Required technical and professional expertise ### SAP S/4HANA Finance - Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance capabilities, including configuration and implementation of finance solutions. ### Project System Knowledge - Experience working with Project System (PS) to manage capital projects and asset capitalization. ### Capital Accounting - Understanding of capital accounting processes, including asset capitalization and depreciation in compliance with IFRS/GAAP standards. ### System Integration - Familiarity with integrating SAP modules such as MM, CO, and Investment Management. ### Automation and Reporting - Exposure to enabling automation and real-time reporting to improve financial transparency and optimize capex management. Preferred technical and professional experience ### Additional SAP Modules - Exposure to other SAP modules such as HR or Logistics ### Advanced Reporting Tools - Familiarity with advanced reporting tools to enhance financial transparency ### Data Analytics Skills - Understanding of data analytics to optimize capex management IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
