### Your role and responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced, commercially driven Associate Partner to lead business development and drive consulting services growth across the Hi-Tech and Semiconductor industries.The role will focus on developing strategic client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding our consulting footprint across key accounts. The successful candidate will combine strong industry knowledge, executive relationship-building capabilities, and a proven track record of selling complex consulting engagements across enterprise applications, SAP, cybersecurity, cloud migration, Application Management Services (AMS), and data analytics.

Drive consulting revenue growth across strategic Hi-Tech and Semiconductor accounts by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities. Build and maintain a qualified pipeline across SAP and enterprise applications, cybersecurity, cloud transformation and migration, AMS, and data analytics. Develop trusted relationships with C-suite executives and senior business and technology leaders, including CEOs, CIOs, CFOs, COOs, and functional executives.

Develop compelling value propositions, business cases, and proposals that connect client needs with differentiated consulting capabilities. Own opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle, from initial qualification and relationship development through solution shaping, commercial negotiations, and contract closure.

### Hybrid

Your work location of City, State was assigned based on business need and currently your role designated as a hybrid role. Hybrid roles are expected to perform their primary duties from a combination of IBM location, client sites or work at home. The required number of days to be in the office is to be determined by your management team. Any changes to this work arrangement must be preapproved by your manager before any changes are made.

This Job can be performed from anywhere in the US

### Required technical and professional expertise

SAP & Enterprise Applications: SAP S/4HANA transformation, ERP modernization, application integration, and related enterprise application services.

### Cybersecurity

Security strategy, cyber risk management, security transformation, and regulatory compliance.

### Cloud Migration & Transformation

Cloud strategy, migration, modernization, and hybrid cloud solutions.

### Application Management Services (AMS)

Application support, managed services, service optimization, and continuous improvement.

### Data Analytics & AI
