This role involves leveraging industry acumen to drive business outcomes, with a focus on improving customer engagement and implementing data-driven risk assessment models. Your primary responsibilities will include: ### Aligning Business Strategies - Align business strategy with digital capabilities across underwriting, claims, and policy administration to drive modernization journeys. ### Driving Automation - Leverage industry acumen to drive automation and improve customer engagement. ### Implementing Risk Models - Implement data-driven risk assessment models that foster resilience and competitive advantage. Required technical and professional expertise ### Digital Capabilities Alignment - Exposure to aligning business strategy with digital capabilities across underwriting, claims, and policy administration to drive modernization journeys. This includes understanding of digital technologies and their application in insurance industry. ### Industry Acumen Application - Exposure to leveraging industry acumen to drive automation and improve customer engagement, with a focus on business outcomes. ### Data-Driven Risk Assessment - Exposure to implementing data-driven risk assessment models that foster resilience and competitive advantage, including understanding of data analysis and modeling techniques. ### Automation Implementation - Exposure to driving automation in insurance organizations, including process automation and workflow optimization. ### Business Strategy Development - Exposure to developing business strategies that align with digital capabilities and industry trends, with a focus on improving customer engagement and driving business outcomes. Preferred technical and professional experience ### Data Analysis Skills - Exposure to data analysis and modeling techniques to implement data-driven risk assessment models. ### Process Automation - Knowledge of process automation and workflow optimization in insurance organizations. ### Digital Technologies - Understanding of digital technologies and their application in the insurance industry.
