This role is responsible for driving business growth and supporting strategic initiatives within IBM Consulting. Your primary responsibilities will include: ### Develop Integrated Solutions - Develop comprehensive solutions that address clients' industry and business needs, delivering value to clients while aligning with IBM business strategies. ### Drive Client Value - Identify opportunities to drive business growth and deliver client value through innovative solutions and services. ### Support Business Strategies - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure solutions align with and support IBM business strategies and initiatives. ### Deliver Client-Facing Solutions - Engage with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their requirements. ### Foster Collaboration - Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop and deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs. This job can be performed from anywhere in the US. Required technical and professional expertise ### Deep Expertise in Solution Development - Proven ability to develop comprehensive solutions that address clients' industry and business needs, delivering value to clients while aligning with business strategies. ### Experience with Client Value Delivery - Successful track record of identifying opportunities to drive business growth and deliver client value through innovative solutions and services. ### Strategic Business Alignment - Experience in collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure solutions align with and support business strategies and initiatives. ### Client-Facing Solution Delivery - Proven ability to engage with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their requirements. ### Cross-Functional Collaboration - Experience working collaboratively with internal teams to develop and deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs. Preferred technical and professional experience ### Industry Knowledge - Deep understanding of industry trends and business needs, with the ability to develop solutions that address these needs and deliver client value. ### Business Strategy Alignment - Experience with aligning solutions with business strategies and initiatives, driving business growth and delivering client value through innovative solutions and services. ### Cross-Functional Leadership - Proven ability to lead and collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
