Our culture of growth and empathy focuses on your long-term career development while valuing your unique skills and experiences. ### Your role and responsibilities As a Package Specialist: SAP HANA FIN CO, you will support SAP FIN Controlling solutions for clients and serve as an expert working directly with customers to deliver high-quality results and trusted business advice. You will utilize your business and industry knowledge, business processes, and techno-functional solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology solutions and achieve client expectations. Your primary responsibilities will include: ### Design and Configure Solutions - Design and configure solutions to meet client needs, leveraging knowledge of SAP FIN Controlling and working with the latest technologies to ensure successful project delivery. ### Deliver Comprehensive Solutions - Develop and implement comprehensive solutions, collaborating with clients and team members to achieve project goals and build trust through clear communications, inclusivity, and innovation. ### Integrate Packaged Technology - Effectively integrate packaged technology solutions with business processes and industry knowledge to meet client expectations and deliver high-quality results. ### Collaborate with Clients and Teams - Embody IBM core values while delivering project goals, building trust with clients and team members through knowledge, self-awareness, respect, and curiosity in all interactions. Required technical and professional expertise ### SAP FIN Controlling Expertise - Exposure to SAP FIN Controlling solutions, with hands-on experience in designing and configuring solutions to meet client needs. ### Techno-Functional Solution Knowledge - Experience working with techno-functional solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology solutions with business processes and industry knowledge. ### Business Process Understanding - Exposure to business processes and industry knowledge, with the ability to leverage this understanding to deliver high-quality results and trusted business advice. ### Project Delivery Experience - Experience working on projects, with a focus on ensuring successful project delivery and meeting client expectations. ### Industry Knowledge - Exposure to various industries, with the ability to apply this knowledge to develop and implement comprehensive solutions that meet client needs. Preferred technical and professional experience ### SAP S/4HANA Knowledge - Exposure to SAP S/4HANA solutions, with understanding of how they integrate with SAP FIN Controlling to deliver comprehensive solutions. ### Industry-Specific Solutions - Experience working with industry-specific solutions, with the ability to apply this knowledge to develop and implement tailored solutions that meet client needs. ### Cloud-Based Solutions - Exposure to cloud-based solutions, with understanding of how they can be leveraged to deliver high-quality results and trusted business advice.
