## Job description

### Your role and responsibilities

Key Job Elements Include:
- Conduct quality checks on training content, knowledge articles, and eLearning modules
- Ensure all materials meet grammar, formatting, accuracy, compliance, and brand‑standard requirements
- Validate technical accuracy of telecom process flows, procedures, and system steps
- Test eLearning modules for functionality, navigation, and SCORM compliance
- Manage version control and ensure all materials meet documentation standards
- Partner with instructional designers, content managers, and SMEs to resolve quality issues
- Track defects, prepare QA reports, and recommend improvements
- Support final publishing and release readiness reviews

### Required technical and professional expertise

Required Minimum Skills:
- Excellent grammar, writing, proofreading, and editing skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to review complex telecom content for inconsistencies
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Required:
- Two years of college or equivalent experience in quality assurance, technical writing, or instructional content review

### Preferred technical and professional experience

Preferred Behaviors:
- Methodical and detail‑oriented
- Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Flexible and able to handle varying work requests Preferred Experience:
- Telecom or contact center content‑review experience
- Experience reviewing ILT, eLearning, or knowledge‑base content Preferred:
