### Your role and responsibilities

We are looking for an analytical, organised and meticulous individual to manage accounts payable enquiries received via email and ticketing systems. This role requires the ability to investigate each case, provide clear and timely responses, and follow up until resolution, whilst maintaining high standards of service in a high-volume operation. Required technical and professional expertise
- Proven experience in Accounts Payable within large organizations, Shared Service Centers (SSC), or BPO environments.
- Experience managing supplier inquiries through shared mailboxes or ticketing systems, handling high volumes of requests (70 to 100 emails per day).
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable processes, including invoice processing, payment execution, and vendor account analysis.
- Proficiency in SAP for reviewing invoices, payments, balances, and transaction statuses.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookup functions, data reconciliation, and validation.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to investigate discrepancies, connect information from multiple sources, and identify effective solutions.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, professionally, and accurately.
- Customer-focused approach, with sound judgment when managing sensitive inquiries and escalations.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
- Ability to balance speed and quality while effectively prioritizing tasks based on urgency and business impact.
- Growth mindset, proactive problem-solving skills, and a collaborative approach to continuous process improvement. Preferred technical and professional experience

### Deep Understanding of E-commerce
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms and processes, including order processing and credits management, to maintain efficient and effective procurement operations.

### Knowledge of Global Payments
- Exposure to global payment processes and systems, including payment terms and currency exchange, to ensure seamless and efficient procurement transactions.

### Familiarity with Contract Management
