## Job description

### Your role and responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional project teams in delivering custom development solutions or managing the Maintenance and Support of applications. You will be accountable for ensuring that the project is completed within the specified scope, cost, and timeline, while meeting the business requirements and contractual obligations.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

### Manage Project Plans
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and staffing requirements to ensure effective resource allocation and project plan execution.

### Lead Cross-Functional Teams
- Lead cross-functional project teams, including IBM, client employees, and 3rd-party vendors, to deliver custom development solutions or manage application maintenance and support.

### Establish Communication Plans
- Establish an effective communication plan to deliver regular project status updates to stakeholders and ensure successful project outcomes.

### Ensure Project Delivery
- Ensure that the project is completed within the specified scope, cost, and timeline, while meeting the business requirements and contractual obligations.

### Apply Project Management Methodologies
- Apply experience with project management methodologies and tools to ensure effective project plan execution and successful project outcomes. Required technical and professional expertise
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong programming experience in Java and Python.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot for backend application development.
- Experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web frameworks.
- Experience working with Google Cloud Spanner or other relational databases.
- Familiarity with Git and version control best practices.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
