You play a pivotal role in expanding HCD's market presence and ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of HCD Data Platform Services. Your primary responsibilities will include: ### Develop and Implement Strategies - Develop and implement strategies for assigned accounts and contribute to the development of overall company strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and expansion into new industries and services. ### Drive Sales Growth - Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively communicating the value of HCD solutions to clients and maintaining strong relationships with them. ### Deliver Projects Successfully - Ensure the timely and successful delivery of HCD projects, driving client satisfaction and adoption of HCD Data Platform Services. ### Expand Market Presence - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding HCD's market presence and increasing its competitive edge. ### Build Client Relationships - Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions that meet their expectations. Required technical and professional expertise ### Deep Expertise in Data Platforms - Proven track record of driving business growth and delivering data platform services to clients, with a deep understanding of the market and industry trends. ### Strategic Leadership Experience - Experience in developing and implementing strategies for assigned accounts and contributing to overall company strategy, with a focus on expanding market presence and increasing competitive edge. ### Complex Sales Experience - Experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets by effectively communicating the value of solutions to clients and maintaining strong relationships with them. ### Project Delivery Expertise - Experience in ensuring the timely and successful delivery of projects, driving client satisfaction and adoption of data platform services. ### Industry Expansion Knowledge - Experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding market presence and increasing competitive edge in various industries and services. * Practice Leadership. Supporting development of the practice and service line teams in terms of competencies, accreditation, skills and delivery. Preferred technical and professional experience ### Data Platform Industry Insights - Deep understanding of market and industry trends in data platforms, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and expansion. ### Strategic Account Planning - Experience with developing and implementing strategic plans for key accounts, driving business growth and increasing market presence. ### Complex Sales Negotiation - Proven ability to negotiate and close complex sales deals, effectively communicating the value of data platform services to clients.
