As a Damage Insurance Agent (Auto & Home) for individuals, you will help our clients better understand and secure the best possible coverage and services for their needs. Upcoming Training Cohorts ( see additional details below) ### Without a license January 11th, 2027 With a license (Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) – Damage Insurance): March 5th, 2027 What You Will Accomplish Daily As a Damage Insurance Agent, you are the first point of contact for our clients. What Could Accelerate Your Success in This Role We are looking for someone who: Enjoys helping people and easily builds trust - Communicates clearly, with empathy and professionalism - Demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and stress management Is adaptable and eager to learn Has an interest in sales Has an advanced level of proficiency in the French language, as the individual will be required to communicate verbally and in writing with French-speaking clients and colleagues across Canada on a regular basis Enjoys teamwork ### Minimum Education Requirements High school diploma with 3 years of work experience OR College diploma (or higher) OR Recognition of a diploma obtained outside Quebec (MIFI or WES) Apply now and take the lead in your career.
