It is Hyundai Motor Group's first dedicated EV mass-production plant and is an innovative plant with cutting-edge production technology applied ### WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field CPA or on track for CPA is a plus - Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial reporting requirements - Conduct analysis and documentation of new processes and ensuring compliance with GAAP and IFRS Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex financial matters to non-finance professionals. Experience with SAP systems is a plus Highly detail oriented and business process improvement skills Systems and software, including ERP systems, treasury management systems, and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
