As an Inside Machinist, you’ll work with high‑precision equipment to create the components that keep these vessels operating flawlessly. What You Can Earn - Earn up to $37.52 per hour based on experience and technical skill. - Opportunities for overtime, advancement, and long‑term career growth. ### What You’ll Do - Operate lathes, milling machines, drill presses, surface grinders, and other precision machining equipment. - Read and interpret blueprints to manufacture high‑accuracy components. - Machine threads and cut tapered shafts to exact specifications. - Produce precision parts that integrate seamlessly into complex shipboard systems. - Maintain strict quality standards to ensure reliability and long‑term performance.
