## Job description
- 坚持中国共产党的领导，遵纪守法、爱岗敬业、实事求是、原则性强，有较强的事业心、责任感、团队协作、开拓创新思维、分析判断能力。
- 贯彻执行国家有关电力生产安全方针、政策、法规、制度及上级文件精神，掌握相关的管理规定，落实安全生产责任制。
- 严格执行运行管理制度及其它各项规章制度，做好当班期间所辖设备的巡视检查、事故处理和检修措施的隔离及恢复等工作，实现机组安全、环保、经济运行。
- 身体健康，能够适应倒班工作。
- 具有良好的语言及文字表达能力，沟通能力，能够熟练使用计算机办公软件，具备故障和异常发现判断能力。
