- 国内毕业生原则上应为全日制本科及以上学历，须毕业于由国家政府部门举办的公办院校；留学生应以硕士及以上学位为主，且出国（境）满360天。专业对口。
- 在校期间表现良好，成绩优良。
- 本科毕业生英语四级成绩在400分以上。
- 身体健康，服从工作安排。
- 诚实守信，有责任心和团队精神。
