## Job description

### Responsibilities

1.
- Responsible to support Cheque Book / Bilyet Giro / Payment Order issuance and PIN printing for Corporate business segments in accordance with regulatory guidelines and formal policy/procedure.
- Responsible for customer complaints, requests, and inquiries.
- Ensure all administrative responsibilities are completed within the SLA.
- Responsible for inventory stock management. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: 2.
- General knowledge of HUB / ATMP system and computer literate.
- Good knowledge of basic accounting rules, knowledge of HSBC Products in general and credit card products in particular.
- Strong growth mindset, communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Good communication and analytical thinking, time management and detail oriented.
