We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Senior Manager, Brand Management and Marketing. ### Principal responsibilities - Shape the insurance brand strategy and multi-year roadmap to strengthen brand equity and accelerate business growth. - Run regular brand health reviews, translating performance and market shifts into clear strategic recommendations. - Develop brand plans and deliver integrated marketing and communications programmes across priority channels. - Provide strategic direction for marketing communications to ensure a consistent tone of voice and end-to-end customer experience. - Lead the use of customer research, analytics, and competitor intelligence to uncover customer needs, category trends, and whitespace opportunities. - Oversee risk assessment and compliance controls for branding and communications, ensuring alignment with applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and internal policies. ### Requirements - University graduate with a degree preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related discipline - Minimum of 10 years' experience in marketing, preferably within insurance or financial services, advertising, corporate communication, or public relations - Proven ability in the implementation of branding projects, building and growing a brand, delivering results aligned with long term strategic business goals - Strong self-motivation, communication, project management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment under pressure - Strong data analytical skills, creative, results-driven approach, and innovation mindset - Possess a solid understanding of life insurance products and services - Proficiency in both English and Chinese RBW You’ll achieve more when you join Hang Seng Bank Limited.
