## Job description

### Functional Description

ETF client service and operations support for securities channels: distributor onboarding & lifecycle management, enquiry handling, and ETF capital markets support.

### People Responsibility

N Reports To: Head of Client Service Role Purpose:
- Deliver timely, accurate and compliant servicing for ETF distribution partners by supporting securities channel sales operations, managing onboarding/lifecycle tasks, resolving broker/investor enquiries, and supporting ETF primary-market coordination and Wholesale Business.

### Job Contents
- Support securities distribution channels and WB sales coordination.
- Onboard new distributors (account opening documents, follow-up, system set-up).
- Maintain distributor lifecycle data and records.
- Handle broker/investor enquiries; coordinate internal investigation and response.
- Support price deviation monitoring and escalation.
- Coordinate PD/LP creation & redemption order processing follow-through.
- Complete CDD and daily screening; maintain audit-ready documentation.

### Qualification/License Requirement
- University degree preferred.
- Experience in client service / fund services / operations / onboarding.
- ETF servicing and broker onboarding experience preferred.
- Knowledge of CDD/KYC/KYD and screening; strong control mindset.
- Understanding of Taiwan regulatory environment.
- Strong communication and attention to detail.
- Good English and MS Office skills.

### Pre-requisite License Requirement
- SITC Professional License(投信投顧執照)
