## Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

### Tiered Operations & Lifecycle Management
- Lead tiered member operations to drive customer upgrades and progression. Optimise the member demographic structure through refined user operation strategies.

### Collaboration & Experience Optimisation
- Partner with Technology teams to elevate overall member satisfaction. Continuously monitor and optimise the member experience across privilege utilisation, functional interaction, and member engagement touchpoints.

### Strategic Planning & Member Journey Design
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design effective member penetration pathways and marketing strategies based on current business coverage and customer profiles.

### Cross-Functional Project Leadership
- Manage cross-departmental project collaboration and communication to drive the successful implementation of initiatives within the member framework, ensuring mutual value creation for all stakeholders.
- Work closely with channel managers and IT for overall business support. ​ To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor or above education back
- Good exposure in the insurance industry is preferred with strong business acumen
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem solving skills
