## Job description
- Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams; ensure best practices and continuous learning Extensive hands-on software development experience across multiple languages/frameworks
- Strong grounding in software fundamentals: design patterns, data structures, algorithms, architecture Experience applying AI to software development patterns/processes to improve delivery at scale
- Proven leadership skills (guiding teams, creating a productive environment) Product/project management capability (planning, resourcing, delivery)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex technical challenges Experience working in a control environment or with Technology controls Experience working in a global organisation with distributed teams and strong collaboration skills
