As a Backend Software Developer, you will work on complex engineering challenges, high-performance systems, and multi-threaded applications that drive innovative printing solutions. You will be part of a small, highly skilled agile team where your impact is visible and significant. ### Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain backend software components for a complex multidisciplinary system. Develop scalable and high-performance server-side solutions using Java. Design and implement concurrent and multi-threaded processes. Optimize system performance and resource utilization. Analyze and solve complex technical challenges and edge cases. Collaborate closely with a small agile development team to deliver high-quality software. Participate in architecture and code reviews to ensure quality, scalability, and maintainability. ### Requirements B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 7+ years of hands-on experience in backend software development using Java. Strong understanding of multi-threading, concurrency, and performance optimization. Experience designing and developing complex software systems. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience working in Agile development environments. Advantage Experience with SQL and database technologies. Experience with C#.
