This role is responsible for the end-to-end ownership of a business-critical application ecosystem supporting global sales operations, quotation management, pricing, product configuration, approvals, and other commercial processes. In addition to ensuring stable day-to-day operations, this role will continuously improve the platform, optimize operational processes, and help shape the future commercial application landscape as part of HP's Lead-to-Cash transformation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technology, business partnership, operational ownership, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced global environment. ### What You'll Do - Own the end-to-end lifecycle of the CPQ application, including production operations, platform stability, releases, support, and continuous improvement - Act as the primary IT owner, partnering closely with business stakeholders to ensure the application meets business needs - Identify opportunities to improve platform capabilities, operational processes, and user experience in partnership with business stakeholders. - Manage the external development partner and align delivery priorities with business stakeholders - Lead incident management, production support, and problem resolution to ensure platform stability - Plan and coordinate quarterly releases, hotfixes, deployments, and production readiness - Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Managers, Architects, QA, and engineering teams - Support integrations with Microsoft Dynamics, ERP systems, CRM, and other enterprise platforms - Ensure compliance with enterprise governance, security, SOX, and ITGC requirements Support HP's Lead-to-Cash transformation initiatives What ### We're Looking For Experience owning or managing enterprise business-critical applications throughout their operational lifecycle A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Understanding of end-to-end Sales business processes and the enterprise applications that support them Experience working with cross-functional business and IT teams, including external development partners Experience leading development teams and coordinating technical delivery - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills in complex operational environments - Ability to drive collaboration across business and IT teams, build trusted relationships, influence stakeholders Experience working in Agile environments - Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field ### Why Join Us - Own a business-critical platform that powers HP Industrial Print's global sales operations. - Influence how global sales teams operate every day - Lead operational excellence across mission-critical business applications Be part of HP's Lead-to-Cash transformation journey - Work closely with global business leaders, architects, and technology teams The position is defined for a five-year period. #LI-POST Job - Software Schedule - Full time Shift - No shift premium (Israel) Travel - Relocation - Equal Opportunity Employer (EEO) - HP, Inc. provides equal employment opportunity to all employees and prospective employees, without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, sexual orientation, age, disability, or status as a protected veteran, marital status, familial status, physical or mental disability, medical condition, pregnancy, genetic predisposition or carrier status, uniformed service status, political affiliation or any other characteristic protected by applicable national, federal, state, and local law(s).
