## Job description

Experience-Essential Field based Sales Experience and / or in practice dispensing experience Experience preferable Managing a sales region Industry experience working with ophthalmic lenses Dispensing experience and or dispensing qualifications Technical experience in manufacturing Specific Skills/qualities required Results orientated, determine to be the best sales person Good relationship builder Able to work on own initiative Persuasive and professional personal style Good communication and interpersonal skills (Written, Verbal and 1to1 and group)
- Excellent planning and organisational skills Good knowledge in the optical market or similar industry e.g. pharmacy, medical Competitive team player Smart professional appearance
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office and excellent administration skills, demonstrable sales process skills
