## Job description

### Responsibilities
- Assist sales and marketing staff on current projects as required.
- General office administration to ensure all day-to-day office requirements are met.
- Co-working with team leader in analysing, planning, and communicating marketing strategies, promotions, campaigns, and new products through online and offline channels
- Tracking status, evaluating, and reporting results.
- Consistently learn and stay up to date with best practice digital marketing.
- Collaborating with a graphic designer and agency to create promotion banner and video.
- Create presentations, documents, letters and reports for sales and marketing meetings.
- Assisting in the planning and execution of events such as seminars, webinars, trade shows, product launches, and promotional events.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

### General Requirements
- Well organized & excellent attention to detail.
- Hard-working & active in coordinating with other relevant departments and suppliers.
- Good interpersonal skills and a team player.
- Good analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Highly proficient computer skills (Email, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.).
- Engage with social media platforms. As well as always following various marketing trends.
- Good in English communication is advantage.
- Experience in PR, Marketing, or related field is an advantage.
- Experienced in working with B2B is an advantage.
