Our commitment to the long-term development of our business and our markets is articulated in our purpose: "To Connect, Promote and Progress our Markets and the Communities they support for the prosperity of all." ### Job Summary The IPO Vetting Department of the Listing Division is responsible for processing: (1) applications for new equity listings including transactions by listed companies deemed to be new listings; and (2) pre-IPO enquiries relating to new equity listings. ### Job Duties Job Duties: Provide operational and administrative support to the teams in handling IPO applications. Assist in preparing internal documents and standard correspondences related to IPO case processing. Maintain accurate and timely updates of information in internal databases and tracking systems. Support ongoing compliance monitoring for documentary requirements of IPO cases. Participate in ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors. ### Job Requirements HKCEE/HKDSE or above At least one year of administrative experience in well-established organisation Good communication and interpersonal skills Well‑organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) HKEX is committed as an Equal Opportunity Employer.
