### Job Summary

Job Duties: Responsibilities:
- Provide support to a team manager in processing IPO applications Draft comment letters and Department reports to Listing Committee
- Provide support for pre-IPO enquiries, IPO related policy matters and ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor
- Provide accounting, legal or other professional support to the work of the Listing Department Requirements: Qualified lawyers/accountants with a minimum of 7 years working experience or university graduates of other relevant disciplines with at least
- 7 years working experience in law, accounting, corporate finance, investment banking or a related field Good experience that demonstrates knowledge of the Listing Rules and knowledge of the securities industry and its practices including securities laws and accounting practices
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with knowledge of investigative techniques and procedures Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Proficiency in Putonghua is essential Candidate with less experience or exposures will be considered as Associate HKEX is committed as an Equal Opportunity Employer.
