Our commitment to the long-term development of our business and our markets is articulated in our purpose: "To Connect, Promote and Progress our Markets and the Communities they support for the prosperity of all." ### Job Summary The IPO Vetting Department of the Listing Division is responsible for processing (1) applications for new equity listings including transactions by listed companies deemed to be new listings; and (2) pre-IPO enquiries relating to new equity listings. ### Job Duties Job Responsibilities: - Provide support to a team manager in processing IPO applications Draft comment letters and Department reports to Listing Committee - Provide support for pre-IPO enquiries, IPO related policy matters and ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor - Provide accounting, legal or other professional support to the work of the Listing Department Job Requirements: Qualified lawyers/accountants with a minimum of 7 years working experience or university graduates of other relevant disciplines with at least - 7 years working experience in law, accounting, corporate finance, investment banking or a related field Good experience that demonstrates knowledge of the Listing Rules and knowledge of the securities industry and its practices including securities laws and accounting practices - Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with knowledge of investigative techniques and procedures Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
