By leading and overseeing the Process Automation Project Engineering team, you will ensure successful project execution, improve project delivery, and drive EAC. Project quality will be a key performance metric for the role, alongside delivery, financial performance, and customer commitments. Your ability to collaborate with commercial teams and customers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables will contribute to the overall success of the company. In this role, you will also provide strong people leadership, develop talent and organizational capability, and drive transformation and AI-productivity innovation. Help to build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying, and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture. ## Responsibilities ### KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and oversee the PA Project Engineering, ensuring the successful execution of projects Develop and implement transformation strategies to drive efficiency and profit improvement Close work with commercial team and customer to negotiate project scope, ensure Honeywell benefit would not be harmed. - Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery - Own and drive key project performance metrics, including project quality, on-time delivery, customer commitments, and execution effectiveness - Lead productivity improving and ensure achieve the pass back commitment to finance - Lead organizational optimization, people management, and talent development, including capability building, succession planning, coaching, retention, and employee engagement - Manage stakeholder relationships and effectively communicate project status and updates ## Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE 15+ years of experience in industrial automation, including substantial experience in Process Automation project engineering and project management Engineering graduate with considerable experience in industrial automation - Strong leadership and people management skills, with demonstrated experience in coaching teams, developing talent, building succession pipelines, and driving engagement and performance Experience in driving process improvements and implementing best practices - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Good changing and transformation mindset, willing to study new technology and tools - Must be able to withstand pressure and remain clear-headed and calm in complex environments.
