## Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst with 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL expertise, working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, and experience with Microsoft Azure data services.

## Responsibilities

### Key Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret large datasets from multiple business systems. Develop and optimize SQL queries, views, and stored procedures. Build reports, dashboards, and KPIs using Power BI and related tools. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements. Manage SharePoint lists, libraries, permissions, and workflows. Leverage Azure services for data integration, storage, and analytics. Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance standards are maintained.

Perform data cleansing, transformation, and validation activities. Document data models, processes, and reporting solutions.

## Qualifications

### Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in a Data Analyst role. Strong proficiency in SQL. Experience with Microsoft SharePoint. Hands-on experience with Azure data services. Experience with Power BI and data visualization. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Azure Data Factory Azure SQL Database Azure Synapse Analytics Azure Data Lake Power Automate and Power Apps Python or R

### Technical Skills

Skill Level SQL Advanced SharePoint Intermediate to Advanced Azure Data Services Intermediate Power BI Intermediate to Advanced Data Analysis & Reporting Advanced Your role will also include overseeing, supervising, and reviewing tasks performed by team members to ensure effective execution of work; managing end-to-end processes and projects for both internal and external clients with responsibility for timely and accurate delivery; issuing clear instructions and guidance to team members on assigned tasks; and mentoring and guiding junior colleagues to support their skill development, professional growth, and overall success
