## Job description

You will report directly to our CX Manager and work out of our San Luis Potosí, Mexico location on an On-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the accuracy and compliance of customer data, contributing to smooth operations and excellent customer service delivery.

## Responsibilities
- Maintain and update customer master data accurately
- Verify documentation compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Perform necessary configurations and upload tax certificates
- Support shipment management and related process follow-ups Extract data reports and improve Power BI tools, including dashboards

## Qualifications
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI Strong data analysis skills Understanding of how global companies operate and business details Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to follow established processes Proactive attitude
- Ability to handle customer interactions and provide effective support English proficiency at B2 level or higher Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, or related field Interest in customer experience and data management Good communication skills and teamwork Motivation to learn and grow in a corporate environment #Li-Onsite #Li-Hybrid
