## Job description

“Your role will also include overseeing, supervising and reviewing tasks performed by team members to ensure effective execution of work; managing end‑to‑end processes and projects for both internal and external clients with responsibility for timely and accurate delivery; issuing clear instructions and directions to team members on tasks to be performed; and mentoring and guiding junior colleagues to support their skill development, professional growth, and overall success.” We are seeking a highly motivated Software Engineer II (Full Stack) to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using.NET technologies.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both backend and frontend development and will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

## Responsibilities

### Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using.NET /.NET Core / C# Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using React JS frameworks Develop RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and QA teams to deliver features
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to coding standards and best practices Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance
- Work on database design and development using SQL Server / NoSQL databases
- Implement secure and scalable solutions following standard engineering practices
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Support production deployments and provide fixes when required

## Qualifications

### Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 5–7 years of experience in software development
- Strong experience in C#,.NET Core / ASP.NET Experience with Web APIs and microservices architecture Frontend frameworks such as React JS SQL databases (SQL Server) and ORM tools (Entity Framework) Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD tools, and Agile methodologies Understanding of design patterns and clean code principles
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

### Preferred Skills

Experience with Azure / AWS cloud services
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes Exposure to event-driven architecture Experience in performance optimisation and scalability design
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, Jest, etc.) Soft Skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to mentor junior engineers Ownership mindset and accountability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment
