This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys working in a dynamic international environment, managing customer orders, and collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders to deliver an outstanding customer experience. As a key member of the team, you will manage customer relationships throughout the Order-to-Cash process, ensuring seamless order execution and proactive communication with customers and business partners. ### Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts. Process and manage customer orders using SAP or other ERP systems. Monitor order fulfillment and proactively resolve issues that may impact delivery. Provide customers with updates regarding order status, product availability, and delivery schedules. Handle customer inquiries, claims, returns, and invoice-related issues. Collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Risk Management, and other internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery. Manage order backlog and support revenue maximization activities. Maintain accurate customer and order records in company systems. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to operational excellence initiatives. ### What We Are Looking For Fluent English and French (written and spoken). Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Order Management, or Order-to-Cash processes. Experience working with SAP order management or another ERP system. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively across multiple functions, including Sales, Risk, Finance, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. ### Nice to Have Experience in a multinational or shared services environment. Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems. Understanding of Order-to-Cash processes. Experience managing customer claims and dispute resolution.
