## Job description

As a Sr Software Eng Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in leading a team of software engineers to develop and deliver high-quality software solutions. ## Qualifications

Sr Software Eng Supervisor As a Sr Software Engineering Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in guiding and supervising a team of software engineers to develop and deliver high-quality software solutions. You will be accountable for driving the technical direction, ensuring the successful execution of projects, and mentoring and developing your team members. You will work with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers to comprehend their requirements and translate them into scalable and robust software solutions. ### KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Guide and supervise a team of software engineers in the development and delivery of software solutions
- Drive the technical direction and ensure the successful execution of projects
- Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and facilitating their professional growth
- Work with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers to comprehend requirements and translate them into software solutions
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in software development
- Report key KPIs to upper management.

YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science or a related field Minimum
- 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least
- 3 years in a supervisory or guiding role
- Strong technical skills in software development, including proficiency in programming languages and frameworks
- Excellent guiding and team management abilities Effective communication and people-oriented skills WE VALUE Advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field Experience in Agile software development methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Passion for innovation and continuous learning Experience in guiding and managing complex software projects
