[Apply on Honeywell International’s careers site →](https://ibqbjb.fa.ocs.oraclecloud.com/hcmUI/CandidateExperience/en/sites/CX_1/job/157437) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [Honeywell International](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/honeywell-international/) / 2027 UR Early Career Program-IA Marketing UR ## Job description 在霍尼韦尔科技智能工业科技集团（Industrial Automation），我们致力于帮助全球客户推动工业领域的生产力提升、可持续发展以及数字化转型。 作为一名客户营销及策略管培生，您将参与并支持霍尼韦尔科技智能工业科技集团全线产品的战略营销规划、客户互动活动以及业务增长项目。该职位将为您提供在全球顶尖科技企业中，深度沉淀B2B市场营销、客户营销、市场情报分析及全方位“产品上市”战略的实战经验。 ## Responsibilities 岗位职责 协助规划并执行整合营销活动及各类客户互动项目。 协助开展客户营销计划，包括挖掘客户成功案例、撰写行业白皮书/案例分析、组织线上研讨会及线下活动。 开展深入的市场调研与竞品分析，敏锐洞察行业趋势、客户核心需求与潜在增长机会。 追踪并分析各项市场活动的效果指标，提供洞察信息以提升活动效果。 参与市场细分、客户定位、核心价值主张提炼等重点战略营销项目。 紧密对接销售团队、产品营销团队以及区域市场团队，确保市场活动与公司业务重心保持一致。 协助开发面向内部和外部客户的营销内容、演示文稿及核心宣传材料。 支持大型行业展会、客户研讨会、工作坊的筹备与落地，并协助日常数字化营销的运营。 ## Qualifications 基本要求 硕士研究生学历，市场营销、工商管理（MBA）、经济学、传播学、工业工程或相关专业优先。 具备出色的分析思维与问题解决能力。 具备优秀的跨文化沟通技巧与表达能力。 熟练掌握 Microsoft Office 工具，尤其是 PowerPoint 和 Excel。 中文流利，英语可作为工作语言。 优先条件 对 B2B市场营销 以及 工行业充满热情。 拥有市场分析、数字化营销或客户运营相关项目经验者优先。 熟悉常用的市场调研方法论与分析框架。 能够适应节奏快、崇尚团队协作的工作环境。 具备较强的自驱力与快速学习能力。 我们致力于营造一个包容的工作场所，包括神经多样性。我们重视拥有不同特质的个体为团队带来的独特观点和技能。 We are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace that embraces neurodiversity.
