Your role will involve developing and executing financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability. Collaborating closely with senior leadership, you will align financial goals with overall business objectives. Leading and mentoring a team of commercial finance professionals, you will oversee all aspects of sales, finance, working capital, and project installation/service. Your expertise in analyzing financial data will enable you to provide valuable insights that drive informed decision-making across the organization. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies will be a critical aspect of your role. As a Director, you will play a pivotal role in preparing and presenting financial reports to senior executives and stakeholders. Your strategic thinking and problem-solving skills will be essential in driving financial performance and achieving business objectives. With your strong leadership abilities, you will inspire and motivate your team to deliver exceptional results.
