In this role, you will impact the organization substantially by managing and overseeing the control, coordination, and oversight of various program and project management aspects. As a key leader, you will continuously work to build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture. ## Responsibilities ### Responsibilities Core Activities Knowledge of Safety, Security and HVAC systems, Engineering design experience. Study contract documents/tenders, mechanical plans and evaluate customer requirements and ability to do the Engineering reviews. Building Automation System engineering, architecture and network design. Project Documentation and handing over documentation preparation. Experience and understanding of AutoCAD, BIM and Revit modeling. Domain knowledge of Building Management System, Fire Alarm System, CCTV, Access Control and MEP engineering systems and Data Center design experience. ( preferred). Excellent collaborative and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively with consultants and customers. Assess customer site for design requirements, Complete complex and integrated system designs with technical requirements. Support Sales and Planning team for the pre-engineering activities to achieve on-time BOQ design and delivery, zero or positive deviation, proactive technical issue prevention and suggest cost effective design solutions to the customer. Support as necessary for trouble free design deliverables. Assist sales and P&E team by innovative use of technology in establishing system design and supporting to win the order. Prepare submittals per engineering standards, ensuring commitment dates are met. Review submittals with sales and delivery teams and lead team to obtain submittal approval. Drive common best practice system designs and engineered solutions. Issue of Design submittal in accordance with project planning requirements. Coordinates with Vendor/ Supplier representatives on design, commissioning & HO requirements. Co-ordinate with Design Department for submission and approval of Drawings from consultant / client Systems Known: FAS, CCTV, Access Control System, PAS, BMS, Smart Parking Management Systems, with their integration requirements for IBMS systems. Systems & Platforms FAS, CCTV, Access Control System, PAS, BMS, Chiller control system, Networking Others AutoCAD and BIM Modelling ( preferred) MS Office MS Excel MS PowerPoint People Management Responsibilities Drive Project performance to achieve: On time delivery Zero Deviation Proactive technical issue prevention Support as necessary for trouble free design deliverables. Behaviors Be a Zealot for Growth Act with Urgency Be Courageous Be Committed Build exceptional talent Span of Control -- ## Qualifications ### Qualifications 7-12 years or more of work experience in design environment, with extensive on-site knowledge Knowledge of FAS, CCTV, Access Control System, BMS, Pharma qualification, Data center systems, and networking systems. Previous experience working with highly complex technical solutions.
