## Job description

As a Maintenance/Custodian I here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, cleaning, and minor repairs to keep our facilities in top condition. In this role, you will impact the overall cleanliness and functionality of our facilities, contributing to a safe and pleasant environment for all employees and visitors.

Your attention to detail and dedication to maintaining high standards will be essential in supporting the daily operations of our business.

## Responsibilities

### Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks like sweeping, mopping, and dusting to maintain facility cleanliness Empty trash bins and dispose of waste materials properly
- Clean and sanitize restrooms including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report when supplies need replenishing
- Assist with basic maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and minor fixture repairs
- Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment as needed
- Report maintenance or safety issues to the Facilities Manager
- Collaborate with team members for efficient facility operations

## Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE Minimum of 1+ years of experience in facilities maintenance or custodial work
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and maintenance techniques
- Ability to perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks WE VALUE High school diploma or equivalent Experience in a similar role within a large organization
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment
