## Job description

As an Intern (Bachelor's) Strat Plan here at Honeywell, you will gain hands-on experience in strategic planning and analysis. You will work closely with our strategic planning team to support the development and implementation of business strategies that drive growth and innovation. This internship will provide you with valuable insights into the strategic decision-making process and help you build a strong foundation for your future career.

In this role, you will impact the organization by contributing to the development of strategic initiatives, conducting market research, and analyzing data to support business decisions. Your work will help Honeywell stay ahead of industry trends and maintain its competitive edge.

## Responsibilities

### Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Assist in the development of strategic plans and initiatives
- Support the evaluation of business performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather data and insights
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership

## Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. WE VALUE Prior internship or work experience in strategic planning or related field. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
