## Job description

As a Lead Account Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and developing strong customer relationships. You will be responsible for managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that meet customer needs

## Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their business needs and objectives. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territories or accounts. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.

## Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE 5 years of proven experience in sales or account management roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. 5 years of strong knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management. 5 years of experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools. 5 years of ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies. WE VALUE Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 5+ years of experience in sales or account management.

Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing business needs. This role is INCENTIVE eligible The application period for the job is estimated to be 40 days from the job posting date; however, this may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates. 10/16/2026
